Xiaomi will tomorrow introduce the Redmi K70 Ultra smartphone along with some other products, including Xiaomi Mix Flip and Xiaomi Mix Fold 4. But ahead of its official launch, a full specs sheet has emerged revealing the key parameters of Redmi K70 Ultra. So without any further ado, let’s get started!
Redmi K70 Ultra Expected Specifications
According to the leaked data, the Redmi K70 Ultra is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip combined with a dedicated D1 chip to enhance the graphics performance. It accumulates a 6.67-inch 1220 x 2712p Full HD+ OLED 8T LTPS display having a 144Hz refresh rate and a 4,000-nits brightness. It also includes 3840Hz PWM dimming and 480Hz touch sampling rate.
The device holds a triple rear camera setup, where the primary sensor is a 50MP IMX906 1/1.56-inch with OIS, along with an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro lens. The company previously revealed that the Redmi K70 Ultra will become the 1st Redmi smartphone to adopt the Xiaomi AISP to further enhance the camera quality.

Regarding the battery, the device will pack a 5,500 mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging. There are multiple chips installed: Pengbai P2 for fast charging and Pengbai G1 for power management. We don’t have much information available regarding these chips. Thus, we expect more details to be announced at the official launch event.
Furthermore, it runs on the Android 14-based HyperOS out of the box. The phone is reported to have 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. But earlier reports have pointed out a maximum of 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. So, there might be a special edition variant with more RAM. The Redmi K70 Ultra measures 160.38 x 75.14 x 8.39mm and weighs around 211 grams. Other specifications include multi-function NFC and remote control Infrared sensor.
It has an optical in-display fingerprint sensor for security purposes. In terms of design, the device is made of high-strength metal frames possibly a glass back design.
