We already know Motorola will launch Moto X50 Ultra in China sooner or later. Finally, the company has officially confirmed its launch date. The phone will be officially revealed on May 16 at a Lenovo AI PC & AI mobile phone release experience conference. However, we already know it is a rebranded version of Moto Edge 50 Ultra, Yet there would be some exclusive AI features in this Chinese variant. The launch event entirely revolves around AI, because we already know the core configurations.
This smartphone is equipped with Lenovo’s AI intelligent agent – Lenovo Xiaotian. It is reported that Lenovo Xiaotian is a “personal intelligence” exclusive to users. Xiaotian is driven by the Tianxi large model embedded locally. Through natural interaction, it can bring new AI to users in many scenarios such as work, study, and other life experiences. For example, in a network-free environment, Lenovo’s intelligent agent can accurately summarize and convert English scientific research papers into Chinese abstracts, which can quickly generate creative pictures that users expect based on simple line drawings.
Regarding the specifications, the Moto X50 Ultra is likely to borrow specs from the Moto Edge 50 Ultra. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset combined with Adreno 735 GPU. It will be worth noting that it is a toned version of the original Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. There is a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display at the front with a 2712 x 1220 pixels resolution. Furthermore, the phone supports a triple rear camera (50MP + 64MP +50MP) and a 50MP front-facing shooter for selfies. It has a comparatively smaller 4,500 mAh battery with 125W fast charging support.
