The Chinese manufacturer IQOO has announced that it will launch a new tablet named IQOO Pad2. According to the teaser published on the company’s official Weibo account, the IQOO Pad2 series will start selling on May 31 in China. The device is already up for reservation on the company’s official website and JD.Com. Besides, the company claims that the IQOO Pad2 series will be the industry’s first KPL-recommended tablets.
Furthermore, the IQOO Pad2 series will bring two tablets, including the standard Pad2 and Pad2 Pro. Regarding Specifications, the IQOO Pad2 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset under the hood. It is worth noting that the chip is an overclocked version of the original Dimensity 9300. It uses one powerful Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.4GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores are clocked at 2.85GHz, while the remaining four power-efficient Cortex-A720 cores are clocked at 2.0GHz. The benchmark scores are pretty satisfactory either, because Dimensity 9300+ touches 2.3 million on Antutu 10.
Regarding the display, the IQOO Pad2 Pro will have a 13-inch 2064 x 3096p LCD display at a 144Hz refresh rate. There is a 13MP sensor at the rear and an 8MP selfie shooter. The tablet is equipped with an 11,500mAh ultra-large-capacity battery. Compared with the previous generation iQOO Pad, the battery capacity has increased by about 15%. The tablet also supports wired charging power up to 66W, ensuring that users do not need to charge frequently. The tablet offers three different variants, including 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB/512, and 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variants.
