Last year, Huawei introduced its flagship lineup Mate 60 series, which has become a huge success in China’s domestic market. The company seems to be working on its successor likely to be called the Mate 70 series. At present, Huawei is certainly preparing for the release of the Mate 70 series, but the official release time has not yet been announced. A Weibo digital blogger reveals the Mate 70 Pro front design in the form of a sketch render.
According to the published images, the Huawei Mate 70 Pro’s design remains unchanged with a three-punch hole design. From this point of view, the front design of the Huawei Mate 70 Pro may not be much different from that of the Huawei Mate 60 Pro with nearly the same diameters. The company may optimize screen frames to achieve a higher screen-to-body ratio. Overall, the front design is almost identical to the predecessor. In addition to that, there is nothing much known about Huawei’s upcoming series.
For reference, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro was launched with a 6.82-inch OLED panel at 1260 x 2720 pixels protected by Huawei Kunlun Glass 2. It is powered by the Kirin 9000S chipset using a tri-cluster octa-core (One Taishan Big @2.62 GHz, three Taishan Mid @2.15 GHz, and four Cortex-A510 @1.53GHz) CPU.
The rear optics are handled by a triple-camera setup with a 50MP primary followed by a 50MP periscope telephoto lens and a 12MP ultrawide sensor. There is a 13MP front-facing camera along with a TOF 3D lens for biometric scanning. Furthermore, it includes a 5,000 mAh battery with 88W fast charging support. All in all, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro is a power-packed device. The same we can expect from the Mate 70 Pro. We will inform you as soon as we get any further updates.
