The Vivo S19 series has already been part of several rumors and leaks. Today, a well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed some of the important configurations. According to DCT, the Vivo S19 Pro will have a 6.78-inch OLED screen at 1260 x 2800p resolution. Most probably, it will retain the same display as s18 with a 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, peak brightness of 2800-nits, and it supports 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
We already know the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset will power the phone, thanks to the Geekbench listing. This leak further confirms it. Besides, the Vivo S19 will have a triple rear camera setup, where 50MP is a primary sensor combined with an 8MP ultrawide and a 50MP telephoto lens. The front side is surrounded by a 50MP selfie shooter.
In terms of storage, the phone will be equipped with a 16GB + 512GB memory option. I am sure there would be other variants too with different RAM and storage options. The battery department is taken care of by a 5500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
The tipster also shed some light on the standard S19. According to the provided data, the S19 will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC under the hood. It will have a larger 6000 mAh battery with 80W wired charging support. The rest of the specifications are unknown.
Needless to say, these two smartphones have already collected some of the necessary certificates carrying mode numbers V2364A and V2362A. However, we don’t have any information regarding the launch date, but it is expected to be anywhere in June. But we have to wait for the official confirmation.
